Position Summary

The Guest Experience Associate helps create a positive experience for every family visiting Kidz Kingdom. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, assisting with birthday parties, maintaining a clean and organized facility, supervising play areas, and providing excellent customer service to children and parents.

Employees gain hands-on experience in communication, customer service, teamwork, and working with children and families in a community-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in guests for open play and birthday parties
• Assist with birthday party setup and cleanup
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized facility
• Monitor play areas to help maintain a safe environment for children
• Interact professionally and warmly with children and parents
• Help prepare party rooms and restock supplies as needed
• Support daily operations and assist team members throughout shifts

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive, and dependable
• Comfortable working with children and families
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Ability to stay active throughout shifts, including light cleaning and lifting party supplies
• Weekend availability preferred

Previous experience in childcare, customer service, camps, education, restaurants, or hospitality is helpful, but not required.
