Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular assessments to monitor staff performance and identify areas for development and training.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field; Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is preferred.

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
