Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Administrative Assistant to join our Palm Desert team. This is a full-time, in-office hourly position for a self-starter who enjoys supporting a professional environment and working directly with clients.


Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Prior administrative assistant experience preferred
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Professional phone etiquette and client-facing communication skills
High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential client data
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Familiarity with tax terminology is a plus
QuickBooks experience is beneficial


Position Details:
Full-time, hourly role with benefits
Overtime available
Simple IRA available
Flexibility required for longer hours, including some evenings and weekends during tax deadline season
