We are a nonprofit financial stewardship ministry serving churches, ministries, individuals, and families.
Orchard Alliance exists to support the mission and ministries of The Christian and Missionary Alliance by empowering and equipping God’s stewards for greater Kingdom impact. Every member of the Orchard team plays a meaningful role in helping churches, ministries, and leaders thrive where faith and finance meet.

The work also includes ensuring timely communication, accurate documentation, thoughtful coordination, and smooth handoffs between Orchard Alliance teams while maintaining a high level of responsiveness, care, and service to Alliance churches and ministries.
Complete Key Ministry Development Projects (20%)
You’ll also support key MinDev initiatives by helping move team priorities from planning to completion. Collaborate closely with field-based staff and internal Orchard partners to coordinate communication, facilitate meetings, track progress and action items, and ensure projects are completed with clarity, alignment, and strong follow-through in service to Alliance churches and ministries.
Systems Coordination and Executive Support (30%)
You’ll also help build and maintain the internal systems, workflows, and communication processes that support MinDev efforts. You’ll do this while ensuring accurate data, reliable reporting, and strong coordination between Orchard Alliance and the Alliance National Office. You’ll also support the MinDev leadership by coordinating schedules and meetings, tracking follow-through, organizing information, and supporting clear communication across teams and ministry partners with professionalism and discretion.
