Service Delivery Enablement Tax Consultant (Summer 2026)

Are you detail-oriented and client-focused? Join Deloitte’s Service Delivery Enablement team to support Tax engagement teams through standardized processes and technology-enabled delivery, including AI-powered tools.

Work you'll do

As a Tax Delivery Consultant on the Service Delivery Enablement team, you will support Tax engagements across multiple projects using standard processes and technology tools.

  • Support Tax engagements by completing standardized process steps across multiple projects
  • Set up engagements in Deloitte’s Tax enterprise platform
  • Build and maintain workplans, tasks, and due dates
  • Facilitate data collection using AI-enabled tools
  • Archive final deliverables and close projects for the next tax year

The team

The Service Delivery Enablement team helps Deloitte Tax professionals deliver work efficiently, consistently, and at scale. The team supports engagement teams through standardized processes, technology-enabled delivery, and collaboration across a pod-based operating model.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Associate’s degree
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to perform job responsibilities in a hybrid work model requiring U.S. Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week
  • Ability to start in Summer 2026
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment

Preferred:

  • Associate’s degree in business
  • Advanced Excel experience
