Supply Management Specialist

Job Title: Supply Management Specialist

Location: Ankeny, IA

Duration: 4 Months Contract (High possibility of yearly extension)

Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Description:

The selected candidate will manage purchased parts delivery for internal and external suppliers at one or more locations. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills along with the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field

• Strong communication and computer skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Open to recent graduates

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP experience

• Experience with inventory/parts in a manufacturing environment

• Experience working with suppliers

Additional Information:

• On-site role at Des Moines Works

• Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams with webcam

• Business casual dress code

• Visa sponsorship is not available for this role

• Manager prefers candidates with Supply Management and SAP experience, but strong recent graduates are still being considered

• This position is budgeted through the fiscal year with strong possibility of extension each year
