Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in retail environments in a friendly and professional manner
- Introduce and explain current products, services, and promotions
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable recommendations
- Support customers through the digital sign-up process
- Ensure all information is recorded accurately and compliantly
- Work towards individual engagement and sales targets
- Deliver a positive and memorable customer experience

Compensation & Growth
- Weekly earnings: $845–$875 (base + uncapped commission)
