Retail Sales Management Intern - Summer 2026

Mindset Marketing, a growing sales and development firm in the Worcester area, is hiring 4 Retail Sales Management Interns for the summer. This is a fully onsite role where you’ll work directly with customers in a retail environment, representing AT&T wireless services while learning how performance, leadership, and operations all connect behind the scenes.

As a Retail Sales Management Intern, you’ll be placed in an environment where learning happens through action. The Retail Sales Management Intern will take part in customer interactions, support retail sales efforts, and gain insight into how a strong brand presence is maintained in a competitive market.
