Specialized Feeding Therapy Clinic

At Little Tesla Pediatric Therapy, we go beyond traditional therapy spaces. Our dedicated Feeding Therapy Clinic is thoughtfully designed to feel like home - with a full-size refrigerator, a cozy living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. This inviting environment supports both individual and group feeding sessions, helping children feel comfortable and confident as they build essential skills in a real-life setting. It's where clinical excellence meets everyday experience.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations
• Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients
• Work with a variety of conditions including Autism and AAC
• Experience with Feeding (preferred but not required)
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and our interdisciplinary team (SLP, OT, PT, ABA)
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our user-friendly EMR system
• Participate in team meetings, care planning, and ongoing professional development

What You’ll Bring

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
• Medicaid Provider status (or eligibility)
• SLP License in the State of Florida (required)
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus
• Passion for helping children unlock their potential (required)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with Autism, and AAC
• Feeding therapy experience is a plus, but not required
• A positive, proactive approach to pediatric care

Schedule

• Full-time | 8-hour shifts
• Part-time position available
• Monday to Friday
• Optional Saturday hours are available for those who prefer an extended or flexible workweek
