Nutrition and Wellness Teacher at Enterprise High School, Enterprise, AL

Teacher certification is not required.

Candidates should have an Associate’s Degree or higher in Nutrition and Wellness or in a related area AND at least one of the following certifications:

Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) 

Certified Health Coach (CHC) 

Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC) 

Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) 

Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS)

Certified Clinical Nutritionist (CCN) 

Certified Health Coach (CHC)

Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC) 

Certified Sports Nutritionist (CISSN) 

 Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) 

Certified Food and Wellness Coach (CRCW) 

Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) 

Registered Dietitian (RD) 

CFCS: Certified in Family and Consumer Sciences (AAFCS) 

CNWE: Certified Nutrition and Wellness Educator (AAFCS)

Enterprise High School is a 9-12 school located in Enterprise, AL.  Enterprise, AL is located 30 miles west of Dothan, AL and approximately 85 miles north of Panama City Beach, FL.  It serves approximately 2000 students.  This position is within the Health and Human Services Career Cluster.  The person selected for this position will teach courses such as Nutrition and Food; Food and Wellness; and Sports Nutrition.
