Partyology is seeking an outgoing, motivated, and customer-focused Customer Engagement Specialist to help grow our event planning and entertainment brand through sales, outreach, and relationship building.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, building connections, promoting services, and helping create memorable experiences for clients and communities. This is a flexible, event-based opportunity with growth potential for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential clients, schools, childcare centers, businesses, and community organizations
- Follow up with leads through calls, text messages, social media, and email
- Help promote Partyology services and upcoming events
- Assist with booking inquiries and customer communication
- Maintain professional and positive client relationships
- Represent the Partyology brand at networking and community events
- Help increase bookings and brand awareness
