OFFICE/WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
MANAGE DAILY OFFICE OPERATIONS AND ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS
ORGANIZE AND MAINTAIN FILING SYSTEMS
SUPPORT INTERNAL AND WAREHOUSE TEAMS
MAINTAIN A CLEAN,ORGANIZED, AND PROFESSIONAL OFFICE & WAREHOUSE ENVIRONMENT
SUPPORT QUALITY CONTROL AND ACCURACY OF INCOMING AND OUTGOING SHIPMENTS
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT
1-2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN AN ADMINISTRATIVE OR OFFICE SUPPORT ROLE
EXCELLENT VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS
ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND PROBLEM SOLVING ABILITIES
PROFICIENCY IN MICROSOFT OFFICE (WORD, EXCEL, GOOGLE SUITE)
RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
ABLE TO LIFT AND MOVE PACKAGES AS NEEDED
