BCBA Responsibilities

As a BCBA at Compassionate ABA & Therapeutic Services, you will:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and treatment planning
• Develop individualized ABA programs
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and Behavior Technicians
• Provide parent and caregiver training
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
• Maintain high-quality and insurance-compliant documentation
• Collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapy teams
• Support compassionate, ethical, and evidence-based care

Qualifications

Required

• Active BCBA Certification
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in-person within a hybrid schedule model
• Passion for compassionate and high-quality ABA services

Preferred

• Experience with clinic-based or early intervention services
• Experience supervising RBTs
• Interest in multidisciplinary collaboration and leadership growth
