BCBA Responsibilities
As a BCBA at Compassionate ABA & Therapeutic Services, you will:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and treatment planning
- Develop individualized ABA programs
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and Behavior Technicians
- Provide parent and caregiver training
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
- Maintain high-quality and insurance-compliant documentation
- Collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapy teams
- Support compassionate, ethical, and evidence-based care
Qualifications
Required
- Active BCBA Certification
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in-person within a hybrid schedule model
- Passion for compassionate and high-quality ABA services
Preferred
- Experience with clinic-based or early intervention services
- Experience supervising RBTs
- Interest in multidisciplinary collaboration and leadership growth
