Assistant Athletic Director - Female Athlete Development (Girls Basketball Coach Preferred)

The Assistant Athletic Director for Female Athlete Development provides leadership, organization, and operational oversight for girls athletics while serving as Executive Assistant to the Athletic Director. This role helps lead female athlete development, oversee athletic operations, manage executive workflows, and strengthen department-wide communication, systems, and culture.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, relational, proactive leader who is passionate about mentoring young women through athletics and advancing a Christ-centered culture of excellence, discipline, accountability, and servant leadership. Preference will be given to candidates who can serve in a coaching role, specifically within Girls Basketball.
