IT Intern, Digital Customer Experience
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, building, and deploying cloud‑native services on platforms such as AWS, with exposure to containers, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Support AI/ML initiatives, including model experimentation, prompt engineering, or integration of AI services (e.g., LLM APIs) into applications.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to develop scalable, secure, and observable solutions, applying best practices in cloud security, logging, and performance monitoring.
- Learn and apply modern software engineering practices, including version control, code reviews, agile delivery, and technical documentation, in a real enterprise environment.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university working towards a degree (Associates, Bachelors, Masters, Graduate)
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently within minimal supervision
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications-MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Comfortable working with confidential information
