Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Delivery Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead cross-functional agile teams supporting Data & Analytics and Commercial Marketing technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive Agile delivery, manage BI and marketing analytics projects, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise data products and marketing technology solutions.

Required Skills

  1. 8+ years of experience as Scrum Master and/or Delivery Manager
  2. Strong experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, or Enterprise Software environments
  3. Expertise in Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and LeSS
  4. Experience delivering BI, Data Warehousing, and Marketing Analytics projects
  5. Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence
  6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  7. Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex enterprise initiatives
