Physical Therapist

What You’ll Do

As a Premise Health Physical Therapist, you’ll go beyond traditional care to improve overall workforce health:

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care using evidence-based practices aligned with APTA standards
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, NPs, PAs, nurses, dietitians, and wellness coaches
  • Promote direct access physical therapy and treat patients at the highest level of your expertise
  • Partner with workplace stakeholders (safety, HR, ergonomics) to improve employee health and safety
  • Lead injury prevention and wellness initiatives, such as:
    • Ergonomic assessments and workstation coaching
    • Stretch & flex programs
    • Musculoskeletal screenings
    • Health and wellness workshops
  • Educate employees in real time on body mechanics and injury prevention
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, peer review, and knowledge sharing

What You’ll Bring

  • All state licenses/certifications to practice  
  • Current board certificate (if applicable)  
  • Degree from accredited Physical/Occupational Therapy School  
  • CPR (BLS for the Healthcare Provider/Professional Rescuer -the copy must include the front and back of card as applicable) Certification must include “hands on" evaluation of skills by the trainer/instructor. Total on-line courses will not be accepted. Course must also meet the American Heart Association (AHA) standards but need not be an AHA certificate
  • At least three years’ experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient physical therapy clinic or other ambulatory care clinic. Outpatient orthopedic experience is required
