Job Title: Docket Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY:
Review court dockets and enter information into the firm's system for tracking, schedule attorney appearances based on case settings, prepare and handle attorney appearance documents.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Access the Court docket systems and prepare required documents for court appearances
2. Update the firm's internal system with updates from the court's clerks, dockets and appearing attorneys.
3. Schedule appearing counsel for upcoming court dates.
4. Forward required appearance documents to appearing counsel, per local venue rules.
5. Review service requests and prepare required documents.
6. Performs other duties as assigned required with acceptable results.
SCOPE OF INTERACTION:
Interacts with office-wide personnel, internal and attorneys, court clerks, judges, and external attorneys.
EDUCATION, PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE, & SPECIALIZED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
Entry Level – High School Diploma required
Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or some college experience preferred
Legal experience preferred.
Experience with Missouri Case.Net is a plus.

Job Type: full time
Pay: $20 - $23
Work location: In person.
Position operates in a normal office environment.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-hour shift.
