CREED is a New York City-based startup operating at the intersection of commercial real estate, finance, capital markets, and technology.
We are building software and digital infrastructure designed to modernize how commercial real estate sponsors connect with lenders and investors. Our platform is currently used by sophisticated real estate groups across the United States, representing well over $100B in combined AUM.
This is a hands-on opportunity to work directly with a small team inside a fast-moving startup environment.
About the Role
CREED is exploring the possibility of bringing on a Summer 2026 intern to support sales, product, research, and business development initiatives.
This is not a traditional large-company internship. Interns will work closely with leadership and gain exposure to:
- Commercial real estate capital markets
- Startup operations
- Sales and outreach strategy
- Product development and UX thinking
- AI-driven lead generation workflows
- Market research and CRM organization
- Investor and sponsor intelligence
The role is best suited for someone who is:
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable communicating with people
- Curious about startups, finance, or technology
- Hungry to learn and take initiative
- Strong interpersonally and professionally
- Interested in business development and sales
Potential Responsibilities
- Researching real estate firms and investment groups
- Assisting with outreach preparation and CRM organization
- Supporting sales and lead generation initiatives
- Helping analyze sponsor and lender activity
- Assisting with product feedback and workflow testing
- Supporting ongoing operational and strategic projects
Qualifications
Preferred candidates may include:
- Juniors, seniors, graduate students, or recent graduates
- Students studying business, finance, real estate, marketing, communications, economics, or technology-related fields
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Interest in startups and entrepreneurial environments
No prior commercial real estate experience is required. Attitude, professionalism, communication skills, and willingness to learn matter most.
