React Native Developer

Role Overview
We are looking for a React Native Developer Intern to help build and improve our mobile app. You will work directly with product leadership to implement real features used by athletes and coaches.

This is a hands-on role where you will contribute to a live product in production.

What You’ll Work On

  • Build and refine features in our React Native app
  • Implement UI components based on design specs
  • Help improve app performance and responsiveness
  • Integrate APIs and backend services
  • Debug issues and support testing
  • Assist with App Store readiness and updates

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from:
    • NYU Tandon School of Engineering
    • or similar CS / engineering program
  • Experience with JavaScript and React Native (or React)
  • Strong interest in mobile app development
  • Ability to learn quickly and take ownership

Nice to Have

  • Built a mobile app (class or personal project)
  • Familiarity with APIs, Firebase, or backend basics
  • Interest in UX and product thinking
