Executive Healthcare Research Internship & Sinai Retreat

Fortune 3 Fellowship — UnitedHealthcare Executive Healthcare Research Internship & Sinai Retreat

About the Program

The Fortune 3 Fellowship gives a select group of driven students direct access to a senior UnitedHealthcare executive — one of the largest companies in the United States by revenue. Fellows tackle applied research and analytical projects within one of the most data-rich industries in the world, attend a business boot camp with top executives in DC, and finish with a meaningful Jewish learning retreat at Lake George. Fellows may hold another internship simultaneously; the remote work is flexible around other commitments.

Program Schedule

July (Remote) — UnitedHealthcare Guided Research 10–20 hours of analytical and research projects assigned by a senior UHC executive, with regular Zoom check-ins. Projects may span healthcare data analysis, actuarial modeling, market research, economic forecasting, or operational research — fellows come away with applied industry experience and qualify for a letter of recommendation.

August 2–5 (Washington, DC area) — 3-Day Business Boot Camp In-person intensive with executives across healthcare, finance, and industry. Understand how quantitative insight drives decisions at the highest levels of a Fortune 3 organization.

August 6–16 (Lake George, NY) — Sinai Retreat Connect and grow with fellow participants in a meaningful Jewish learning retreat.
