Healthcare Executive Shadowing Internship & Sinai Retreat
Fortune 3 Fellowship — UnitedHealthcare Shadowing Internship & Sinai Retreat Olami Internships | Summer 2026 | Mentorship
About the Program
The Fortune 3 Fellowship gives a select group of driven students direct access to a senior UnitedHealthcare executive — one of the largest healthcare companies in the United States. Fellows complete focused research projects in health policy, population health, or healthcare systems remotely in July, attend a business boot camp with top executives in DC, and finish with a meaningful Jewish learning retreat at Lake George. Fellows may hold another internship simultaneously; the remote work is flexible around other commitments.
Program Schedule
July (Remote) — UnitedHealthcare Guided Research 10–20 hours of research projects assigned by a senior UHC executive, with regular Zoom check-ins. Projects may span healthcare policy, public health strategy, insurance systems, or biomedical innovation — fellows come away with real-world industry knowledge and qualify for a letter of recommendation.
August 2–5 (Washington, DC area) — 3-Day Business Boot Camp In-person intensive with successful executives across healthcare, pharma, and public health. Curated introductions and direct access to leaders shaping the future of medicine and health systems.
August 6–16 (Lake George, NY) — Sinai Retreat Connect and grow with fellow participants in a meaningful Jewish learning retreat.
