The Role

Support student success in a local school district’s expanded learning program. You will work on elementary and/or middle school campuses with TK-8 students, facilitating inclusive, MTSS-aligned activities that foster belonging, social-emotional growth, and academic development.

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday. Availability for all 5 days is preferred.
  • Estimated Hours: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM (~5 hrs)
  • Pay: $19/hr (Starting, with opportunities for growth)
  • Starting Dates: 
    • Mid July for training
    • August 10, 2026 - First Day Onsite

Requirements

Candidates must possess a High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND meet one of the following:

  • Completion of 48+ semester college units; OR
  • Possession of an Associate’s Degree or higher; OR
  • Passing score on a District Paraeducator Equivalency Assessment.

Pre-Placement Compliance The following must be completed prior to your first day (ALLY can assist you in obtaining these):

  • Mandated Reporter Certification
  • Negative TB screening results
  • CPR and First Aid Certification
  • Fingerprinting & Criminal Background Clearance
