The Role
Support student success in a local school district’s expanded learning program. You will work on elementary and/or middle school campuses with TK-8 students, facilitating inclusive, MTSS-aligned activities that foster belonging, social-emotional growth, and academic development.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday. Availability for all 5 days is preferred.
- Estimated Hours: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM (~5 hrs)
- Pay: $19/hr (Starting, with opportunities for growth)

- Mid July for training
- August 10, 2026 - First Day Onsite
Requirements
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND meet one of the following:
- Completion of 48+ semester college units; OR
- Possession of an Associate’s Degree or higher; OR
- Passing score on a District Paraeducator Equivalency Assessment.
Pre-Placement Compliance The following must be completed prior to your first day (ALLY can assist you in obtaining these):
- Mandated Reporter Certification
- Negative TB screening results
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Fingerprinting & Criminal Background Clearance
