Position Summary
Supports the Endorsements Team by assisting with relationship-building efforts, endorsement group/individual coordination, and outreach initiatives. Helps maintain positive relationships with community organizations, and all other endorsing groups/ individuals in support of the organization’s mission and strategic goals. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals interested in nonprofit partnerships, community engagement, or organizational development. No prior experience is required. Training and guidance are provided.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with outreach to current and prospective endorsers

Support coordination and communication with community organizations and endorsers

Help organize information like records, contact lists, and documentation regarding endorsements

Assist with scheduling meetings, calls, and endorsement-related events

Support research on potential endorsements opportunities

Help prepare materials and updates related to endorsements
