Hybrid Cash-Based & Insurance Model

Physical Therapy Institute, Inc. is seeking an exceptional physical therapist to join our highly respected private practice team in Delray Beach, Florida.

PTI has been therapist-owned and operated since 1987 and is known for delivering high-quality, patient-centered orthopedic care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

You will work alongside and be mentored by:

  • Ira M. Fiebert, PhD, PT, Faculty Univ. of Miami Dept. of PT teaching Cervical and Lumbar Spine
  • Mary Trebitz, PT, DPT — 5 years post-graduate experience from the University of St. Augustine
  • Kyle Herndon, PT, DPT, ATC — 4 years post-graduate experience from Nova Southeastern University

We are a dynamic outpatient orthopedic practice specializing in:

  • Musculoskeletal disorders
  • Sports medicine
  • Spinal dysfunction
  • General orthopedics

Our practice is expanding into a hybrid model that combines traditional insurance-based care with cash-based services, including:

  • Dry Needling
  • AlterG Therapy
  • Shockwave Therapy
  • Cupping
  • Graston Technique
  • Performance and wellness services

This position offers the opportunity to participate in both the insurance and cash-based sides of the practice.

Position Options

  • Full-Time
  • Salaried

Schedule Options

  • Three 10-hour days plus two 5-hour days
  • Traditional 8-hour shifts
    • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
    • Split shifts available
  • Monday through Friday only

Requirements

  • Current Florida Physical Therapy License

Relocation and housing assistance may be available for qualified candidates.
