Director of Instruction

We are seeking a dynamic and equity-driven Director of Instruction to join our leadership team. Reporting to the Chief Academic Officer, this role is critical to ensuring instructional excellence across the network through coaching, data analysis, collaborative planning, and strategic curriculum support.

- Leading collaborative planning and strengthening instructional practice
- Providing real-time coaching, classroom observations, and actionable feedback to teachers
- Driving data-informed instructional improvement
- Supporting diverse learners through responsive and adaptive practices
- Designing and refining curriculum and academic programs that meet the needs of all students

What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree in education, curriculum and instruction, educational leadership, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in educational leadership, including experience as an instructional leader in secondary education.
- Deep understanding of curriculum design, instructional best practices, and secondary school pedagogy.
- Demonstrated success in raising student achievement and closing achievement gaps.
- Proficient in data analysis and using data to drive instructional decisions.
