Spanish Teacher

At Brooklyn Lab, language isn't just a subject — it's a bridge. We're a small, close-knit school community where every scholar is known by name, and our educators are the reason students gain two to three years of academic growth on average.

We're looking for a dynamic Spanish teacher to join our high school team. You'll deliver rigorous, Common Core-aligned instruction, use data to continuously refine your practice, and support the whole scholar — academically and socially — through differentiated instruction and advisory.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's in Spanish or related field required; Master's or TESOL certificate preferred
• NYS teaching certification (or a clear path to get there)
• 2+ years teaching in diverse, urban school settings
• A growth mindset and genuine comfort with feedback and accountability
• A proven record of academic achievement as both a student and an educator
