Field Operations (South) Team Lead
Position Summary
Oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of field operations initiatives in the southern district to support the organization’s mission and engagement goals. Leads the southern field team in building relationships with community groups, volunteers, and local organizations. Ensures field operations are strategic, organized, and aligned with organizational values and campaign priorities. Serves as the primary point of coordination between the southern field team and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the Southern Field Operations team, including task delegation and scheduling
Oversee field initiatives across the southern district, including voter outreach, canvassing, and community engagement
Develop and guide field strategies that support voter engagement, volunteer recruitment, and mobilization goals
Collaborate with Communications, Events, Partnerships, and Outreach teams to ensure alignment of field efforts
Review field materials, scripts, and messaging for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to campaign standards
Track field activities, contacts, and outcomes to inform strategy and reporting
Provide guidance, feedback, and support to field team members
Support onboarding, training, and development of new field staff and volunteers
Ensure professionalism, inclusivity, and accountability in all field operations activities
