Part-Time Graphic Designer

Silva Business Support is a Topeka-based digital marketing and social media management company that works with local businesses to help them grow their online presence through creative and strategic marketing. We specialize in social media management, content creation, graphic design, digital advertising, and website design. Our goal is to create customized marketing that fits each client’s brand while helping business owners save time and focus on running their business.

We work with a variety of industries and value creativity, communication, reliability, and a strong eye for branding and design.

Silva Business Support is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time Graphic Designer to assist with creating social media graphics for our clients. This position would be a great opportunity for a college student or someone studying graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field who is looking to gain real-world experience working with local businesses and brands.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating graphics for social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram while maintaining brand consistency across multiple clients. This role will primarily focus on creating static social media graphics, promotional graphics, event graphics, and other digital marketing materials as needed.

Responsibilities

Create engaging social media graphics for a variety of clients

Follow existing brand guidelines and styles

Collaborate with the SBS team on creative concepts and marketing campaigns

Make revisions and adjustments based on feedback

Organize and manage graphic files and templates

Meet project deadlines and maintain communication

Qualifications

Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite

Basic understanding of social media design and formatting

Strong attention to detail and creativity

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Portfolio or examples of previous design work preferred
