Marketing and Business Development

During your internship, you will be doing some of the following tasks:

• Help in the operation of the business itself by contacting our guests and living the day-to-day with us online.
• In addition you will also support us in the creation of SOP's and manuals that help us to optimize much more the Customer Service tasks.
• Support the expansion of the business with the branch in Seville, as well as in certain specific areas of Andalusia.
• With knowledge of communication, marketing and social networks, support the website updates.
• Work in the expansion of OTA's and distribution channels.

About the Organization

In 2017, a family decided to work together on an exciting project to enhance their community: completely renovate their grandmother's building while maintaining the essence. Built in 1950, this place that was so special to the family was re-envisioned in a unique way: themed apartments that represent the most emblematic corners and celebrations of the city.

On-site Supervision and Support

Our internships include 24/7 on-site staff to support students working and living abroad. All students will also report to a supervisor at their internship site. Supervisors provide and oversee daily tasks, introduce the intern to team members, and mentor the intern in organizational agility, skill acquisition, and career readiness. Interns complete a midpoint and final evaluation, and supervisors complete a final evaluation of their interns. All work responsibilities and projects are approved in advance. 

Academic Credit

Students on an internship have the opportunity to enroll in their home university for credit, or enroll in a course through API to transfer back to their university for credit. Email support-internships@apiexperience.com for more information and a syllabus.

Housing and excursions are included in your internship and will be selectable during the application process.
