Loan Officer Assistant

-Assist Loan Officers with loan file setup, processing, and pipeline management
-Communicate with borrowers to collect documentation (income, assets, credit, etc.)
-Review loan files for completeness and accuracy before submission
-Work with processors, underwriters, and title companies to keep files moving
-Update clients and referral partners on loan status
-Manage CRM and keep notes/files organized
-Order third-party services (appraisals, title, etc.)
-Ensure deadlines and closing timelines are met
