Registered Behavioral Technician

Maxim Healthcare is hiring Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one support to children with autism and developmental needs. This is a great opportunity for students or recent grads interested in psychology, education or healthcare to gain hands-on experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). 

Responsibilities: 

• Work 1:1 with clients in home
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBA
• Support skill-building in communication, behavior, and daily routines
• Track & record client progress
• Create a positive, structured learning environment

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma
• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Interest in working with children or in behavioral health
• Strong communication and reliability
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
