Atlas Strategies Inc is a growing marketing and events firm based in Oklahoma City, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, people-first Promotional Events Coordinator to join our team immediately. You'll be front and center at live promotional events and in-store activations — engaging customers, showcasing products, and creating experiences that leave a lasting impression.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Promotional Events Coordinator, you'll be the face of our brand at every event — greeting customers, answering questions, and delivering a memorable experience every single time. Day to day, that includes:
- Welcoming customers and event attendees with energy and professionalism — making every interaction count
- Conducting engaging product demonstrations that highlight key features, benefits, and value in a clear and compelling way
- Answering customer questions confidently and recommending products that genuinely match their needs
- Processing transactions accurately using POS systems — handling both cash and card payments
- Setting up, maintaining, and breaking down promotional displays and event booths — keeping everything looking sharp and on-brand
- Handling customer inquiries in person and over the phone with professional, friendly communication
- Assisting with inventory, product stocking, and display organization to keep events running smoothly
- Collaborating with teammates and supervisors to hit daily event goals and deliver outstanding results
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred — but not required
- Previous experience in retail, events, sales, or customer service is a plus — not a dealbreaker
- Comfortable using a POS system and handling cash transactions; basic math skills helpful
- A natural communicator with strong verbal skills and the ability to actively listen and connect with people
- Bilingual in English and Spanish? We'd love to hear from you
- Positive, reliable, and genuinely eager to learn and grow
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs during event setup and breakdown
- Ready to bring great energy to every shift — rain or shine

Work Location This is a fully in-person role based in Oklahoma City, OK. You'll be working at promotional events, retail locations, and in-store activations throughout the Oklahoma City area. No remote or work-from-home options are available for this position.
