Now, we are looking for the next generation of campus entrepreneurs to join our ranks and launch The Iron Mile $10,000 Campus Challenge.
THE OPPORTUNITY: THE $10,000 CAMPUS CHALLENGE
This is not your average, passive "free-labor" ambassador program.
This is a gamified, high-stakes marketing and sales internship designed to turn your social media presence and on-campus network into a high-earning business.
As a Campus Ambassador (Solo Contractor), you will drive brand awareness and DTC sales on your campus using a customized Shopify Collabs tracking system. As you hit sales milestones, you level up to unlock higher commissions, premium Apple tech gear, and massive cash bonuses.
THE COMPENSATION & REWARD STACK
Month 1 Fast-Start Ignition Bonus: Earn a $300 Cash Bonus by hitting a starter goal of 50 bottle sales in your first 30 days while creating foundational social content.
High-Volume Tiered Commissions:
1 - 500 units sold: 16% Cash Commission
501 - 1,500 units sold: 18% Cash Commission
1,501 - 2,500 units sold: 20% Cash Commission
2,501+ units sold: 22% Cash Commission

WHAT YOU WILL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)
Digital Creator: Produce engaging, authentic content (Two IG/FB/Tiktok per month) showcasing how Iron Mile Fuel powers your workouts and academic hustle.
Grassroots Connector: Introduce Iron Mile Fuel to your campus networks, including Greek Life (fraternities/sororities), club sports teams (running, rugby, rowing, soccer), intramural leagues, and fitness clubs.
On-Campus Activations: Execute grassroots sampling events (e.g., library study breaks during midterms/finals, gym bag drops) using provided sample kits.
FTC & Brand Alignment: Represent the brand with high integrity, following FDA rules and FTC guidelines.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS)
Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at an accredited US college or university.
Active on social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) with a passion for content creation (micro-influencers with 1k-10k followers are highly preferred).
Deeply involved in campus life (Greek Life, Club Sports, CrossFit, running clubs, or student organizations).
Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and goal-oriented.
