Social Media & Community Engagement Intern

Collective House Marketing & Consulting is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media & Community Engagement Intern to support digital visibility, audience engagement, and online brand presence for luxury wedding venues and hospitality focused brands across Northeast Florida.

This internship is ideal for students interested in marketing, public relations, hospitality, digital media, branding, communications, or social media strategy who are looking for hands on agency experience working with real businesses and brands.

Position Overview

The Social Media & Community Engagement Intern will support online engagement efforts across Instagram and Facebook while assisting with visibility, audience interaction, and community focused marketing initiatives.

This role provides experience in:

  • Social media marketing
  • Community management
  • Brand visibility strategy
  • Digital communication
  • Audience engagement
  • Hospitality and wedding industry marketing

Schedule

  • Flexible remote position
  • Monday through Friday
  • Approximately 5 hours per week 

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with audiences across Instagram and Facebook
  • Respond to comments, story interactions, and messages
  • Interact with wedding vendors, venues, photographers, and local businesses
  • Share posts into relevant Facebook groups with strategic captions
  • Support brand visibility through community engagement
  • Assist with maintaining an active and elevated online presence
  • Help strengthen audience connection and digital growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, PR, Hospitality, Business, Digital Media, or related field
  • Familiarity with Instagram and Facebook platforms
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Organized, reliable, and detail oriented
