Account Executive

Position Overview

The Account Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative selling, relationship building, and working in a high-energy environment.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable engaging with decision-makers across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities across target markets
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads
  • Conduct outbound outreach through email, phone, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
  • Lead discovery meetings, presentations, and solution-based sales conversations
  • Develop customized solutions based on client business needs
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership agreements
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process
  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth onboarding and successful account transitions
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates

Market & Strategic Support

  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Identify opportunities for business expansion and partnership growth
  • Support company visibility through networking events and strategic outreach

Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, SaaS, consulting, or client-facing roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and relationship-driven sales
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required for strong candidates

Preferred Background

  • Experience in B2B sales or high-growth environments
  • Familiarity with technology, consulting, staffing, or startup ecosystems
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
