INVENTORY CONTROL, DATA REPORTING AND ACCOUNTING

Farmingdale based wholesaler seeking candidate for full time position in INVENTORY CONTROL, DATA REPORTING AND ACCOUNTING. Candidate must be detail oriented with excellent computer and Microsoft Excel skills:

Job duties include but not limited to:

1. Inventory control, data reporting

a. Developing spreadsheets (excel)

b. Updating and managing inventory

c. Compiling sales reports

d. Computer equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and technical support

2. Quickbooks/accounting

a. Payroll

b. Payables, receivables

c. Bank reconciliation

d. Check scanning

e. Wire transfers, ACH payments

Candidate should have the following qualifications:

1. Proficiency with , to include:

a. Pivot Tables

b. V LOOKUP

c. Data Import/Export

2. Proficiency with computers: database and systems
