About the Role

TriSphere Apps LLC is seeking a motivated and organized Recruitment Manager to help lead and scale our volunteer recruiting operations. This individual will help build and manage a team of recruiters while overseeing candidate sourcing and engagement through the Handshake platform and other recruiting channels.

This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in:

  • College recruiting
  • Campus talent acquisition
  • Handshake recruiting workflows
  • HR/student organization leadership
  • Volunteer recruiting or nonprofit staffing
  • Recruiting coordination for startups or growing organizations

The Recruitment Manager will work closely with leadership to expand recruiting capacity and improve the onboarding experience for candidates joining TriSphere Apps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, train, and oversee a team of volunteer recruiters
  • Manage recruiting operations through Handshake
  • Review applicant pipelines and assign recruiters to roles
  • Coordinate candidate outreach, screening, and scheduling
  • Help create recruiter training materials and onboarding guides
  • Track recruiting progress and improve workflow efficiency
  • Collaborate with department leads to identify staffing needs
  • Ensure candidates receive professional and timely communication
  • Support internship, volunteer, and leadership recruitment initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Handshake for recruiting or student outreach
  • Experience in recruiting, HR, talent acquisition, or staffing
  • Leadership or management experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple openings and volunteers
  • Experience training or mentoring team members is a plus
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruiting workflows
