Managment Trainee
Job Responsibilities
1. Conduct market research in the assisted reproduction industry, collect industry policies, competitor information and client demands, analyze data and compile research reports to support marketing strategy formulation.
2. Participate in the planning and execution of online and offline marketing campaigns, produce promotional and academic materials, maintain brand image and enhance corporate reputation and industry influence.
3. Liaise with partner institutions and clients, conduct daily communication, follow up on demands and maintain long-term relationships, and support business development and commercial negotiation.
4. Handle marketing data statistics, report compilation and copywriting for daily operational support.
5. Assist in full-cycle HR routines, including recruitment, resume screening, interview arrangement, onboarding & offboarding and standardized employee file management.
6. Support employee training, performance appraisal and corporate culture building, and assist in optimizing HR policies and workflows.
7. Manage cross-language and cross-border HR communication to ensure smooth recruitment and staff management at home and overseas.
8. Complete other assigned tasks related to marketing and human resources.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; master’s degree is preferred.
2. Overseas study experience required; familiar with international culture and business norms; relevant knowledge of assisted reproduction is a plus.
3. Fluent in English and Spanish, or fluent in English, Spanish and Japanese, with proficient multilingual business communication skills.
4. Quick learner, resilient under pressure, strong in communication, coordination and execution, meticulous and highly responsible.
5. Good team spirit and problem-solving skills with professional ethics.
