As a Youth Respite Specialist, you’ll acquire hands-on experience with a matched child or teen in their home, providing emotional support, companionship, and social engagement while giving their family a planned break.

- No caregiving license required — we provide onboarding and client-specific training

- Pay: $20–$23/hr, depending on experience
- Hours: Part-time, 15–20 hours/week
- Location: Client homes throughout Orange County
- Requirements: Must be 18+, pass Live Scan background check, and have reliable transportation
- Start: Rolling start after onboarding and client match
