AV Event Producer
About The O Agency
The O Agency is an Atlanta-based AV production company. We design, plan, and execute audio, video, lighting, and staging for corporate events, conferences, weddings, brand activations, and private functions across the metro Atlanta area. We're a small, fast-moving team that takes pride in flawless execution and treating every client like a long-term partner.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative, organized, and solutions-oriented Event Producer / Event Planner to help bring large-scale events and experiential concepts to life.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives balancing creative vision with operational excellence — someone who can dream big, source inspiration, manage timelines, coordinate vendors, design event layouts, and execute seamless experiences from concept to completion.
You will work closely with clients, internal production teams, designers, venues, and vendors to transform ideas into immersive and highly polished events. The ideal candidate has experience producing events for 500+ attendees, understands event flow and guest experience, and is comfortable managing multiple moving pieces at once.
This is a hybrid role, combining remote planning and client communication with on-site execution at events across metro Atlanta.

Project Management & Logistics
- Manage multiple event timelines, deadlines, and deliverables simultaneously.
- Coordinate production logistics including venue walkthroughs, staffing, rentals, power needs, equipment, load-in/load-out, transportation, permits, and guest flow.
- Anticipate challenges and proactively solve issues before they impact execution.
On-Site Event Execution
- Attend and oversee event production and execution on-site.
- Manage vendors, staff, timelines, and client expectations in real time.
