As a Tutor at Soar Kidz, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in delivering personalized and interactive classes to students across the globe. Your expertise will help foster independent decision-making and critical thinking skills in our learners, contributing to their overall success.

Subjects We’re Hiring For:

  • Math (Elementary Math, Algebra, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, Statistics, etc.)
  • Test Prep (SSAT, ISEE, SAT, ACT, AP Exams, Olympiads, AMC, etc.)
  • Math Enrichment (Problem Solving, Logic, Russian Math-style lessons)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and interactive tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs.
  • Utilize our advanced technology to assess student strengths and weaknesses for personalized instruction.
  • Foster a supportive learning environment that encourages critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum delivery and student engagement.
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to promote improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly in subjects such as Algebra or Language Arts.
  • Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies for young learners.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles and needs.
  • Passion for education and commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $35.0 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 10 per week
