ITAD USA is hiring a Sales & Communications Representative to help organizations securely retire, recycle, and recover value from technology equipment. This is an opportunity to join a growing company at the intersection of technology, sustainability, and business development.

You’ll work directly with experienced leadership, learn modern B2B sales strategies, and gain exposure to enterprise clients across healthcare, finance, education, and corporate industries.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and engage new business opportunities through phone, email, LinkedIn, and outbound outreach

• Follow up with inbound leads, previous customers, and dormant accounts

• Research target companies and identify key decision-makers across IT, operations, procurement, and facilities teams

• Qualify opportunities and understand customer pain points, timelines, and current processes

• Schedule meetings and generate sales opportunities for senior sales leadership

• Maintain accurate activity tracking and follow-up within CRM systems

• Collaborate with leadership on outreach campaigns, account targeting, and pipeline development

• Learn consultative B2B sales, relationship management, and enterprise prospecting

• Comfortable speaking with professionals over phone, email, and LinkedIn

• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and improve

• Interest in sales, technology, sustainability, or business development

• Coachable and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment

You Do NOT Need

• Years of sales experience

• Deep sustainability expertise

• A technical background

We care more about work ethic, communication skills, curiosity, and attitude.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Internship, customer service, hospitality, recruiting, retail, fundraising, or sales experience

• Experience using LinkedIn, CRMs, spreadsheets, or outreach tools

• Interest in technology, electronics, sustainability, or B2B services
