Business Development Intern — Remote, Commission-Only

This is not a traditional internship.  It's for someone who'd rather bet on themselves than wait for a salary to prove their worth.

elt is a corporate language and cultural training company helping global organisations communicate and lead across borders. We work with HR, L&D, and Global Mobility leaders — and we're looking for a hungry, self-starting graduate to intern with us and to help us grow.

What you'll do

• Identify and reach out to potential clients in HR, L&D, and Global Mobility
• Support the full sales cycle — from research and outreach to meetings and follow-up
• Help build our pipeline and track activity in our CRM
• Represent elt professionally across email, LinkedIn, and calls

What we're looking for

• Sophmore, or Juniors (any degree discipline welcome)
• A natural communicator who enjoys talking to people
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and hungry to learn
• Organised and comfortable working independently
• Interest in language, culture, or international business is a big plus
