Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve operational excellence
Ensure exceptional guest service and hospitality standards
Manage daily restaurant operations, including food quality, cleanliness, and efficiency
Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
Monitor key business metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
Maintain food safety and operational compliance standards

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; recent graduates encouraged to apply
