About the Role

We are seeking a caring, energetic, and dependable Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with young children, creating a safe and engaging classroom environment, and supporting each child’s social, emotional, and academic development.

Responsibilities

Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities

Foster a nurturing, safe, and inclusive classroom environment

Support children’s cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development

Maintain positive communication with families and staff

Supervise children during classroom, outdoor, meal, and nap times

Observe and document student progress and developmental milestones

Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization

Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations


Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred

Previous experience working with preschool-aged children preferred

Strong communication and classroom management skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
