Production Associate
Job description:
OptiWize INC. is a leading provider of premium health supplements. We are committed to high standards in product quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dependable and driven Production Associate to join our team. Starting pay is $19 an hour with 90-day probation period for hourly increase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transfer product and materials throughout the warehouse
- Stock ingredients and maintain organized storage areas
- Operate pulverizing equipment to process materials
- Assist with loading, unloading, and general warehouse tasks
- Cross-train in multiple warehouse roles as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Requirements:
- Must maintain good hygiene (FDA-regulated facility)
- Previous warehouse a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Basic math and computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) strongly desired
