Entry-Level Business Development Associate
Footbridge Federal is growing, and we’re looking for recent college graduates who want to start a career in business development, recruiting, and technology.
We work in a pretty unique space: defense, intelligence, software, engineering, space, AI, and cybersecurity. Our job is to help find great technical people for mission-driven programs across the country.
You do not need previous sales or recruiting experience. We’re looking for people with strong computer skills, a good attitude, and a willingness to learn.
This role is a great fit for someone who is competitive, organized, coachable, and enjoys working with a team.
What You’ll Do
- Research candidates, companies, programs, and technical skill sets
- Reach out to candidates for software, engineering, space, and technology roles
- Learn how to qualify people based on experience, salary, location, and career goals
- Support active openings with our sales and recruiting team
- Use LinkedIn, job boards, CRM tools, email, and phone outreach
- Learn the basics of recruiting, sales, and business development
