Are you outgoing, motivated, and ready to launch your career in customer engagement and promotions? We’re seeking energetic individuals to join our growing team as Entry-Level Promotions Assistants in the Cleveland area.

This field-based role offers hands-on experience working directly with customers at live events, retail promotions, and community campaigns throughout the Greater Cleveland region. No prior experience is required — we provide paid training and ongoing mentorship.

What You’ll Do

  • Represent client brands at promotional events and retail activations
  • Interact face-to-face with customers in a professional and engaging manner
  • Assist with event setup, coordination, and brand presentations
  • Help increase brand awareness and customer interest
  • Provide excellent customer service and answer product or service questions
  • Work alongside team members and event leaders to support daily campaign goals

Qualifications
