Tea Lady BK is a Brooklyn-based herbal tea and powder brand built on radical self care — rest, play, and pleasure. We make cycle-supportive blends and wellness powders for women and gender-inclusive humans who refuse to be productive at the cost of their joy. We're small, intentional, and the antithesis of clean girl wellness. Our founder creates all content herself, and we're ready to bring someone in to help her do it better.

Shoot content — photo and video for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. Products, rituals, behind-the-scenes, aesthetic lifestyle. You know how to make a mug of tea feel like a whole moment.

Edit reels, photos, and short-form video — Capcut, CapCut, Premiere, whatever you're fluent in. We want polished but not corporate. Raw, relatable, unaspirational.

Assist with creative direction — prop styling, mood setups, product flatlays, and on-location shoots at our Williamsburg space and beyond.

Support our two Instagram accounts — @tealadykatie (318k) and @tealadyshop (19k) — understanding that each has a distinct voice and purpose.

Bring ideas — we want someone who pays attention to culture, trends, and aesthetics and can speak up when they see an opportunity.
